I really need to lose weight. I lost some last year, but after having slipped off the exercise and diet routine, I've put most of it back on again.

I'm not obese - I've still got a BMI of 24.3 - but I'd like to lose the weight I lost last year and get into better physical shape than I am now.
I'm not interested in exercise classes, and right now it's not really that practical for me to get into a gym.
So I'm looking for someone who may be able to offer me advice, support, motivation and accountability as I start the journey in 2019 of losing weight again - hopefully to keep it off this time.
