There is also a good bus service to the West End. The number 73 from Euston Road and the number 7 from Russell Square are within easy access.

The Piccadilly line connects Russell Square with Heathrow Airport and the Thameslink line next to Kings Cross station connects with Gatwick Airport. There is a nearby supermarket in the Brunswick Centre near Russell Square and the area is served by many small interesting shops and restaurants.

- 1 Three references per person. One financial, one character, one from previous
- Landlord
- 2 If you are a student we will need a financial guarantor who must be a home owner in
- this country. Otherwise we will require 6 months’ payment in advance.
- 3 A payment of £500 (five hundred pounds) is required to take the apartment off the market and hold it. This amount is taken off your deposit if you take the apartment, otherwise this money is forfeited. Acceptance of a deposit does not imply a tenancy.
- 4 For the Contract we need, day, date and month of arrival and departure. These dates cannot be changed after you have signed the Contract.
- 5 An Administration fee of £180 is charged for preparation of Contract and initial paperwork.
- 6 One month’s rent as security deposit. The deposit is held under the Deposit Protection Scheme.
- 7 The apartment must be left clean, tidy and undamaged and the keys returned to the specified place otherwise the deposit will be used to put the apartment into good order so that it can be let quickly. All bills must be paid. All linen should be laundered and any cleaning work left undone will be undertaken by Professional Cleaners and charged to you. A check out cleaning fee will be charged to you of £150 for a studio/ 1 bed and £200 for a 2 bedroom. If the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.
- 8 The date your tenancy starts your first month’s rent amount must be deposited into our bank before you move in. Rent will be for a calendar month and must be paid on the same due date each month.
- 9 If leaving before the end of the contract deposit will be forfeit and you are legally liable to pay the rental until the end of the agreement.
- 10 When you leave, we will require the forwarding address of each person staying in the apartment so that we can forward mail. If you do not give us an address mail will be returned to the address given at the time the Contract is signed.
- 11 Two copies of the inventory will be given showing the contents and condition of the property. Please sign both, ticking the items shown, or marking the document, and return one to Apartment Services.
- 12 Bills must be placed in tenant’s name. Gas Electricity Water Rates TV Licence Council Tax Telephone. A list of telephone numbers for these services can be obtained from Apartment Services.
Pet Policy
- NO SMOKING POLICY
- Clients should be aware that if they DO smoke in a NON-SMOKING property, the
- owner of that property will exercise his right to charge for cleaning of curtains, carpets, upholstery and any other
- costs involved to rid the property of odours and smoke pollution/damage. All of our properties are non-smokers
- and no pets allowed
