We are looking for vibrant individuals to join our team to offer an elite online service and tutor foreign students to help them reach their full language potential. As part of our team you will be representing our organisation and actively involved in teaching and providing support for our students. It’s important that our team members are passionate and inspiring people who are great communicators and confident teachers.

The role entails Course Development for online delivery. Preparing scripts, course materials and creating training video are the integral part of this role. Our main objective is to produce English training videos for Podcast. It is ideal for an experienced English language teacher who would like to progress in their career in education and take on a wide range of responsibilities.

The Course Developer will be responsible for:
> Research and development of teaching materials
> Project-based development of new courses
> Testing and implementation of new courses
> Delivery that course online

Essential requirements:
> CELTA or Trinity TESOL, Delta or Dip TESOL and university degree
> Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience
> Excellent teaching skills
> Commitment to lifelong professional development
> Interpersonal skills
> Punctuality and professional manner
> Pro-active attitude
> Clear British accent
> Experience teaching online
> Experience teaching 1:1
> Willing to film ESL teaching videos

Desirable criteria:
> Experience in course and material design
> Online teaching experience
> Degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Linguistics or Education)
