Join me for a nourishing and rejuvenating 4-day weekend of hatha yoga, movement relaxation, gong bath/sound healing, yoga nidra (guided relaxation) delicious, homemade vegetarian food, walks, campfires and good company. Pick and choose which activities you do. There will be plenty of opportunities for deep rest, massage and fresh air in the stunning grounds. This is open to all levels and suitable for beginners. My retreats attract all levels and I encourage you to go at your own pace.
