1.Before you go to bed look at all the things you did well in the day and spend time being proud of even small things.
2.Then spend time looking at all the things that you could easily improve on in the same day and think how you could change something small so that you are more successful next time.
3. Then ask your subconscious mind to give you the tools on waking to make the next day greater for yourself and others around you.
