I'm currently working as the Head Bartender at a fine dining restaurant in South Kensington, preparing wine, classic and modern cocktails, and cocktails of my own invention. Bartending is a passion for me and I'm planning to write and publish my own cocktail books some time in the future. My previous experience includes bartending and supervising at a number of hotels, craft cocktail bars, and high volume student bars. I have around 10 years of experience in this industry.
The service I offer is to personally bartend at your function; serving cocktails, wines, beers, or mocktails. I also offer the option to create individualised cocktails menus based on the taste preferences of you and your guests.
