DUTIES: Keeping the working area clean and tidy, food preparation, ensuring stock levels are maintained, monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced in the kitchen; making sure the kitchen works within relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines.
HOURS: Monday-Saturday: 7:00am - 2:00pm (Early start and early finish).
WAGE: Meets national minimum requirement.
