Artists let's buy cheap good row houses in Baltimore. Many are row homes and can be opened up to make a larger Art space, I heard this was done to create a hotel. I like Lucille Park in the Central Park Heights area of Baltimore it's near the Maryland Jockey Club and the Pimlico race track (now getting a $400 mil renovation) which is part of the Triple Crown with the Kentucky Derby.
