Vauxhall 2.5xe Paul Gardner built engine.
Has a rick wood cnc head +1mm oversize valves, solid lifters etc.. Kent cams. Plus extra head work carried out by Gardner. Built on a early 2.2 bottom end with 100mm stroker crank, longer rods and slipper pistons. Has a 8mm steel girdle plate between block and sump. Titan dry sump setup. Light flywheel for a 7.25 clutch. Webber twin 48s. Running and mapped on megajolt. Engine made 280bhp and 230ftlb of torque on gardners dyno.
Engine done around 250 miles, I built and used it in my oval race car. Everything bought new for the build. No longer needed as car has been sold. Has had a recent rebuild costing £2800 only done about 40 miles since.
