Granted you have picked the parts out and have all that is needed to build a PC. I will use my own tool set and build it for you. The price is negotiable and depends on the PC. I am experienced as I built my first when I was 12 and have upgraded many PCs and built two new ones from scratch. I can install LEDs, RGB, Water Cooling, what ever you wish.
