We are hiring a high-level Full-Stack Web Developer who understands modern SEO engineering, infrastructure, and automation — not just coding.
This Is Not a Basic Developer Role
We are looking for a true Full-Stack Developer who can confidently handle:
Front-end development
Back-end systems
Server infrastructure
Database architecture
Technical SEO frameworks
CRM integrations
AI automation systems
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a performance-driven web infrastructure that is resilient to Google algorithm changes and designed for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Engineering
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems
Work across multiple CMS platforms (WordPress and beyond)
Build scalable and modular architectures
Create custom plugins, integrations, and APIs
Improve Core Web Vitals and overall technical efficiency
Optimise database structures and site performance
Advanced Technical SEO
Design and implement SEO-first site architecture
Develop Hub & Spoke content models at scale
Implement MCP (Modular Content Publishing) systems
Advanced structured data and schema implementation
Crawl budget optimisation and index management
Redirect strategy, canonicalisation, hreflang
Log file analysis and crawl diagnostics
Entity-based and semantic search optimisation
Proactively prepare for Google Core Updates
Infrastructure & Server Management
VPS / Cloud server management
CDN configuration and caching systems
Security hardening
Performance monitoring
Backup and recovery systems
CRM & Automation
CRM implementation and optimisation
API integrations across platforms
AI-powered workflow automation
Process automation to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, PHP (or equivalent backend language), HTML, CSS
Experience working across multiple CMS platforms
Deep understanding of modern SEO practices
Ability to anticipate and prepare for Google algorithm updates
Strong server and infrastructure knowledge
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
